Today I finally had the chance to eat at Krewe in Jersey City, an opportunity I’ve been waiting for given my appreciation for Cajun cuisine. The establishment did not disappoint. I had the Debris Grits which proved to be both spectacular and richly savory. Additionally, we indulged in the King's Cake, which was offered as a seasonal special. For dinner, I took home some Jambalaya, after reheating, was still one of the best I have ever tasted. I am certain to return for another visit.

Hands down the best addition to JC's hospitality scene. The mocktails are fresh and well made!The menu is small but filled with great options, some even GF(favorites: grit fries, bbq shrimp, po-boys, oysters, shrimp etouffe, roast beef debris dishes). Their music selections are also very fitting and add a lot to the overall experience.

I have been to steak houses in JC that are not even an inch as good as the Ribeye I had here. The Grit Fries were delish! The service was world class. The staff was super kind and engaging. My partner doesnt like spicy stuff and our server provided solutions proactively. Really great overall experience. Found my new favorite spot!
